FEED 5,000 – EVANGELISM IN AFRICA:
- A) EHC Cameroon: In the village of Loubalouba in northern Cameroon, pagan faith was forced upon the local communitiesas they use this opportunity to drill boreholesduring a time of severe water shortage. When the local EHC team and its sponsoring partners came to distribute gospel tracts and free learning materials to disadvantaged families, the villagers were deeply moved by this unconditional love and willingly accepted the Gospel. Even the village chief turned to Christ and immediately donated a plot of land for the construction of a church.
- B) EHC Côte d’Ivoire: In the north of the country, new converts who came from paganism are facing threats and persecution from their former communities. Thanks be to God, these believers who have tasted the grace of salvation would rather lose everything than deny Christ. Pray that the Lord will strengthen them to remain steadfast amid many trials. The team plans to mobilize pastors in the western region to launch an outreach ministry to the people devastated by war. Pray that the Lord grant success to their efforts.
- C) EHC Mozambique: The team gave thanks for the endurance and faith of its outreach team, who travelled long distances and crossed rivers to bring the Gospel to every household in the villages through gospel tracts. Their labour has borne fruit, and many families have opened their hearts to Christ and experienced the transforming power of God’s Word. Parents now teach their children to pray, and young people are learning to evangelize, with their entire village willingly participating in discipleship training.
CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS IN SINGAPORE (CCIS) FUNDRAISING AND PREPARATION
This year’s organizing committee faces daunting challenges. With the event approaching fast, the funding shortfall remains significant. Less than half the budget target has been met. Some hotels used to offer 20% discounts for our overseas performance teams, but this year such concessions may not be available, further straining the already tight budget. We hope to negotiate this with the hotels, or the committee may need to find alternative lodging for the performers. The current amount raised of slightly over $100,000 is far from sufficient, and another $250,000 is needed. We urge the churches and brothers and sisters in Christ to give generously to help bridge the financial gap. Local church choirs are also encouraged to join the performances, which may help reduce the cost of inviting overseas performers. Please pray for and support this year’s Christmas evangelistic efforts, so that when the joyous proclamation of the Saviour’s birth resounds along Orchard Road, people may respond to the heavenly call of grace, come to know the true God, and trust in the eternal Prince of Peace.
REPRINTING SEVEN GOSPEL TRACTS IN CHINESE, ENGLISH, AND OTHER LANGUAGES FOR MISSION FIELDS

Since the launch of the 7th round of the OIKOS Ministry in 2023, volunteers have been distributing gospel tracts extensively at HDB estates, shophouses, and private residences. The demand for tracts has grown rapidly, requiring frequent reprints. In September, three bilingual (Chinese-English) and four tracts in Burmese, Vietnamese, and Tamil were reprinted. These are popular and well-received by churches and the brethren. We thank God that we can still freely distribute tracts locally and pray that all churches and believers will seize this opportunity to share the Gospel not only within their communities but also beyond, leading the lost back to the Saviour. Please pray for the financial needs of our tract printing and the OIKOS outreach ministry.
JESUS CHRIST CAME TO SEEK AND SAVE THE LOST

Christmas is a season of worldwide rejoicing. Though shopping, gift-giving, parties, and feasts bring temporary pleasure, they cannot compare with the true joy that Christmas represents that surpasses all material luxuries, for it is the celebration of the day when God’s Son, Jesus Christ, came down from heaven to bring God’s love and salvation to humankind. We hope more churches and brethren will use our Christmas tracts to share the good news of Jesus’ birth with friends and loved ones, helping people understand that Jesus is the true focus and centre of Christmas. Those burdened with guilt and longing for freedom can find the gift of salvation through faith in the Saviour, and their parched souls will be refreshed with true joy and satisfaction.
CREATIVE ACCESS EVANGELISM SAVING SOULS AMID OPPOSITION
EHC Country B: The nation is facing a new wave of persecution. Some who once participated in the branch’s evangelism and discipleship ministries are now under house arrest and surveillance. Their phones, homes, families, and even trainees are all being monitored. Please pray for their safety and ask the Lord to grant them wisdom in navigating the crisis.
EHC Country N: Public distribution of gospel tracts is strictly prohibited in this country, and volunteers and evangelists face great risks during outreach. Some believers were questioned by police during their home fellowship gatherings, though thankfully no arrests were made. Please pray earnestly for the safety of all staff, volunteers, churches, house groups, and believers.
EHC Country K: We thank God that He has raised up believers to join in their evangelistic work, leading many young people to respond to the Gospel and receive salvation. Pray for God to edify their faith and for others who have received the tracts to open their hearts to Christ soon.
APAC EVANGELISM TEAM TESTIMONIES
1) After her husband passed away and her only daughter married and moved away, this elderly woman lives alone frugally. With a heart that loves the Lord, she donates her savings faithfully to the church. She says her monthly pension of a few thousand dollars and the rental income from several shop units left behind by her husband are sufficient for herself and to support her daughter’s needs, so instead of storing treasures on earth, she wants to store them in heaven. She supports gospel work through both action and giving, sacrificing her comfort for the sake of the Gospel. Her offering is not only monetary but also a testimony of her life inspiring those around her and manifesting the beauty and power of faith. Her life has illuminated many hearts and helped us to understand that true wealth lies in eternal life in heaven.
2) This elderly couple is always the first to arrive at church gatherings. They expressed that as they are old, they can only serve in church in their own small manageable ways. Through their faithful service, they testified to Christ’s salvation and allowed their children to witness Christ’s love in their lives. Even their conservative son-in-law admits that Christians are trustworthy. They often tell their children, “Only when you come to church and believe in Jesus will you understand the true goodness of faith. It is our greatest wish for you all to accept Christ.” Parents play a crucial role in their children’s spiritual growth, guiding them with biblical truth in every stage of learning and growth, teaching them to pray earnestly, act wisely, and trust God in all circumstances.
“CHANGE THE WORLD SCHOOL OF PRAYER” AND “BEAUTIFUL FOOTSTEPS” - PRAYER AND EVANGELISM
The first book, written by Rev. Dr. Dick Eastman, compiles over 30 years of the author’s extensive study and personal experience in prayer, along with thousands of hours of close observation of real life prayer practices. The seven chapters explore topics such as untapped power, the personal life of a prayer warrior, and a prayer warrior’s praying plans. The second book, written by Sis. Yuan Fengzhu, emphasizes the need for believers to equip themselves well to share the Gospel effectively. Its five chapters cover effective evangelistic equipping, evangelistic motivation, and practical evangelism strategies. These two books are suitable for mature believers. May the Lord use them.
“PROPHECIES AND WARNINGS OF THE END TIMES” AND “EXPERIENCING THE HOLY SPIRIT” - DEEPENING UNDERSTANDING OF TRUTH
The first book, by Elder Samuel Ching, presents insights from years of studying biblical prophecy, interpreting Scripture with Scripture and relating it to current global events. It also systematically explains the Bible’s warnings about preparing for the Lord’s return. The second book, by Bro. Chang Fengge, draws from biblical foundations and various theological perspectives on the experiencing the Holy Spirit to broaden readers’ spiritual understanding. This book is designed for believers who earnestly pursue truth and an abundant spiritual life, and can be used for both personal devotion and small group study. Pray for the readers to be built up in the Spirit.
“SEVEN STEPS TO BLESSING” AND “GOOD NEWS FOR YOU” - DELIVERING GOOD NEWS FROM HEAVEN
The first booklet, written by Bro. Ford of Jabbok, guides readers about how to seek blessing through obedience to God’s Word, the different levels of pursuing blessings, and the eternal blessing of following Jesus. Our weal and woe, success and adversity, and even our entire life circumstances are determined by whether we revere God. The second booklet, illustrated by Sis. Anita proclaims that God loves the world, yet people often reject Him and follow their own desires, even when what we desire is wrongdoing. Because sin is an impassable chasm that separates us from God, we cannot bridge the gap ourselves, so God sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins, delivering all who believe from sin’s bondage. Both booklets are excellent evangelistic tools and are available for your orders.
“SONG OF A WANDERER” AND “LET’S TALK HEART” - APPLYING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH
The first book, written by Bro. Li Cheng, explores the fundamentals of Christianity from a biblical perspective using reason and science, showing that God reveals Himself through both nature and Scripture. God created nature and science observes and learns from it, demonstrating that the Bible and science are not contradictory. The second book, written by Dr. James Yu, discusses matters of the heart, including will and emotion, showing that only the Bible provides true insight and effective remedies for the heart, and that the Holy Spirit alone can transform it. Both are excellent spiritual readings. Pray for the Lord to use them greatly.
